Creating new reservations
To create a new reservation, on the Reservations page click on the ‘’Add new reservation’’ button.
After you have clicked on the ‘’Add new reservation’’ button, a new ‘’New reservation’’ window will appear as you can see on the image above.
When making a new reservation you need to enter the following information:
- Check-in
- Check out
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Number of pets
- Properties
- Channels
- Places
To apply filters, click on the ‘’Search’’ button. To clear all the entered data, click on the ‘’Clear’’ button.
You can search all units available during the requested term for a certain number of people and in the area of a particular city.
By marking the ‘’Ignore restriction’’ option (only for Premium and Premium Plus users) the list of properties will also include and, later, give you the ability to book accommodation units that do not match the search restrictions, as shown on the image below:
You can change your search parameters by using the Filters field at any given moment.
Once the search is complete, you can choose one of the two pages:
- Default view
- Calendar view – only for Premium and Premium Plus users

If you mark the ‘’Ignore restriction’’ option, in the list of a filtered unit, the accommodation units that cannot be booked will also be visible.
Next to each unit are the Rate plans and prices that suit them. You can read the terms of each Rate plan by clicking on the ‘’i’’ button.
CALENDAR VIEW – only for Premium and Premium Plus plan users

To book an accommodation unit click on the green button on the right side of the window.
Entering reservation data
When you select the object for which you want to create a new reservation, by clicking on the arrow next to the appropriate Rate plan, a new window opens where the future guest needs to enter personal information or the information of the booking provider.
It is important to enter the following information:
- Basic guest data (Salutation, Title, First name, Middle name, Last name, Birthday);
- Contact guest data (Phone, Email);
- Living guest data (Address street, Address number, Country, City, Zip code);
- Internal reservation note – important notes about a particular reservation, for example, how many hours before did the guests announce their arrival to the facility.
Creating a reservation you can choose which discount you wish to approve to the guest, by clicking on the ‘’Opportunities’’ button. To automatically calculate the discount on the price, you need to mark that opportunity. You can also manually change any of the desired amounts here.
For the discount to display as an opportunity, they need to be entered in the ‘’Discounts and extra fees’’ section in the desired unit beforehand. If you wish to add a discount that does not exist in the accommodation unit in BeeRent, mark the Custom option and enter the value by which the base price should be reduced.
After that, click on the ‘’Extras’’ button, where you can choose extra fees for amenities such as a baby crib or the stay of a pet. The prices for these amenities will automatically be added to the price of the accommodation.
When everything is complete, click on the ‘’Save changes’’ button and the reservation will be confirmed.
BeeRent will automatically send a notification about the reservation to the owner, and these dates will be closed inside the calendar in the BeeRent system as well as in all connected portals.
