BeeRent PAY is a service that automatically in the background, under predefined policies, charges the guests credit cards in order to confirm incoming reservations.

The description of the workflow, during which a credit card is charged for incoming bookings through direct reservations and reservations from sales channels like Booking.com, HomeAway and Expedia, is explained below with two points of view:

Reservations that set into BeeRent are confirmed reservations. Guests will choose the accommodation and the policy under which the BeeRent PAY service will trigger the payment process.

To use the Beerent Pay services, guests can use the following credit cards:

  • Diners Club
  • Visa
  • Euro / Mastercard
  • Maestro

All charges are automatic and based on the main policy of the sales channel that the reservation was made on. In the case of b2c, the charge is done according to the rate plans set in BeeRent.
