How to start using the Beerent platform?

You are here:

BeeRent platform has been developed as a central database with the opportunity to connect its users between themselves and with sales channels, all in one place, helping each other to maximize their sales, improve service quality, and increase income.

To easily and quickly create your accommodation units in the Beerent platform and start connecting to sales channels, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Sign up at www.beerent.com. If you need help with the registration, you can find it here, after registration, you can read the instructions on further logging into your account here.

Step 2:

When you’ve created your account, you must enter the basic information about yourself or the agency you represent by clicking on the button designated for your picture in the upper right corner, and then clicking on the Account Settings button. You can find all the details here.

Step 3:

After you’ve entered all your data, and before you start creating your accommodation units, to make the process of creating the units faster, on the Channels page submit a request to connect to all sales channels on which you’d like to advertise your accommodation units. If any of the sales channels are not on the list of channels on the Channels page, submit a request to customerservice@beerent.com to initiate the activation process according to the instructions for each sales channel. A list of all sales channels that we offer a connection to, can be viewed here.

Step 4:

Also, you need to define the terms of use for each channel individually and define your rate plans. You can find the guidelines for the Rate Plan settings here.

Step 5:

Once you’ve finished the connection process for all desired sales channels, you can start creating your accommodation units. Each of the accommodation units will be divided into two parts: Complex Level and Room Level. For example, if you have a house with 7 different apartments in it, the house represents a ‘’Complex level’’, and the rooms represent ‘’Room’’. To make the creation of your units faster and easier, first create a Complex level for each of your properties (see more information here), and inside that Complex fill out theGeneral, Details, and Images.

Step 6:

Once you have created all of the ‘’Complex level’’ properties, you can start creating the accommodation units – the ‘’Room level’’ units within the properties (how to create units inside a complex read here). Inside the ‘’Room level’’ units fill in the General, Details, Images, Calendar, Prices, Discounts / Opportunities, Amenities/ and extra fees and the Surroundings in the area.
