Expedia Quick Connect via Expedia Partner Central

This document will cover the following three common connection scenarios:

If you are an agency and do not have an account on the Expedia sales channel, please contact Account Manager Daria Brkić on email: dbrkic@expedia.com for further instructions.

If you are an agency that does have an account on the Expedia sales channel, go to the Expedia website and click on the ‘’Edit connectivity settings’’ button. Choose BeeRent as your Channel Manager and send us a connectivity request email on customerservice@beerent.com.


How to Establish an EQC Connection?

Login to www.expediapartnercentral.com.
Once logged into EPC select your hotel:

  • Navigate to the Rates and Inventory tab
  • Select Expedia Quick Connect Settings
  • Select the Vendor System name from the drop-down, select the Connectivity Options (AR, BR) and click on Submit.
  • Display after connection

How to Change the current EQC Setup?

Login to www.expediapartnercentral.com, should you need help with this please reach out to hothelp@expedia.com
Once logged into EPC select your hotel:

  • Navigate to the Rates and Inventory tab
  • Select Expedia Quick Connect Settings
  • Select the Edit Icon to modify connection.
  • Select the new vendor system and connectivity options view:

How to Disconnect an EQC Connection?

Once logged into EPC select your hotel:

  • Navigate to the Rates and Inventory tab
  • Select Expedia Quick Connect Settings
  • Click on the Trashcan Icon for Disconnection.
  • Confirm disconnection.
  • View after Disconnection:

Note: This operation requiring Hotel User login to Partner Central

How to Establish an EQC Connection

Step 1

Login to www.expediapartnercentral.com, should you need help with this please reach out to your local hotel assistant team or market manager.


Step 2

Once logged into Partner Central, select your hotel, navigate to ‘Rooms and Rates’ section, Select ‘Expedia Connectivity Settings’ under SETUP


Step 3

(for the first time) You may be asked for ‘Additional verification
Proceed to click ‘Continue’.

Check your Email, and proceed to ‘Continue login


Step 4

(Back to Partner Central) Select your System Provider from the drop-down list.
Tick Connectivity Options (Availablity Rates and Booking retrieval) and Submit.


How to remove (Disconnect) EQC Connection?

Login to www.expediapartnercentral.com.
Once logged into Partner Central select your hotel, navigate to ‘Rooms and Rates’ section, Select ‘Expedia Connectivity Settings’ under SETUP


Note: Because of different systems and discounts calculation processes, there is a possibility that there will be a difference in the final price between BeeRent and Expedia. In some rare instances, the final price can vary from -5% to 5% in difference from the expected price.
