When the synchronization between your BeeRent account and the RedAwning portal is successfully complete, keep in mind that your accommodation units will automatically be displayed on these portals from the RedAwning distribution list:


Connection request

If you want to connect with RedAwning make a request by sending an email at customerservice@beerent.com with the subject: “Connection request for RedAwning” in the email please send all the information about the applicant requested below:

  • Personal Name / Company name;
  • Brand (for Companies);
  • Contact person;
  • E-mail;
  • Telephone;
  • Website;
  • Office address;
  • Country;
  • Properties based in;
  • Properties min-max.

Introducing the applicant

BeeRent will forward the connection request to RedAwning, as well as the Owner_ID of the applicant.

If you’ve never had an RedAwning account, the procedure after introducing the applicant will be as follows:

  • RedAwning will contact the applicant and offer the cooperation.
  • RedAwning will open an account for the applicant.
  • RedAwning will import all the properties from the BeeRent profile of the applicant.
  • All imported properties can now be booked from RedAwning.

Connected

RedAwning will inform the applicant when the imported properties are listed and live on their network. This is expected soon after the import is done.


Note: Because of different systems and discounts calculation processes, there is a possibility that there will be a difference in the final price between BeeRent and RedAwning. In some rare instances, the final price can vary from -5% to 5% in difference from the expected price.
